I spend most days in my studio in the beautiful state of Maine, writing and illustrating picture books for children.

When I’m not in my studio you’ll find me taking long walks, gardening, playing with our horse Bailey, our two cats, Torti and Trout, and our Newfoundland, Cali.

During the academic year, I visit many New England elementary schools and libraries, sharing my passion for nature, animals, art and books!
